Fax machine lines
Your staff keeps faxing the way they always have. Behind the scenes, every fax is saved, delivered, retried if the line is busy, and copied to email if you want it.
$39.99 a month per line. Adapter, number and 1,000 pages included.

A fax machine talks in tones. Internet phone service compresses sound to save space, and a tiny gap or delay ruins the tones. The fax fails, or arrives with missing pages, and nobody knows why.
Copper phone lines fixed this, but phone companies are retiring them, and the ones left keep getting more expensive.
Instead of one long, fragile call from your machine to the other office, Faxera splits it in two.
Your machine → Faxera
A short hop using T.38, the fax standard built for internet lines. Faxera stores the whole fax.
Faxera → the other office
A clean call from our carrier network. Busy or no answer: we try again, up to 6 times.
Incoming faxes work the same way
We receive it first, email you a copy, then print it on your machine. Out of paper? We keep trying.

Email a recent phone bill to [email protected] and we'll show you the side-by-side.
It works with standard business fax machines and multifunction printers that plug into a phone jack. Tell us your fax machine model and we'll confirm before you order.
"OK" means Faxera has your fax safely. We then deliver it and email you confirmation the moment it arrives, or tell you plainly if it couldn't be delivered.
Standard and fine resolution, black and white. Almost every receiving machine prints that way anyway. For color, email the PDF through Faxera instead.
Incoming faxes are held safely and printed once you're back online. You also have every fax in email and the web portal from any device.
Yes, free. Your old line keeps working until the move is complete.
